The wide open spaces of Southeastern New Mexico have created a heritage of Farming and Ranching and we take pride in keeping with the traditions of the area. In addition to Residential properties, one of our main focuses here at Rafter Cross Realty, LLC is Farm & Ranch and Acreage properties. Our brokerage is built on the Farming & Ranching culture and traditions of Southeast New Mexico and our family history is rooted in that same tradition with our ancestors having first homesteaded here when New Mexico was still a Territory (New Mexico became a state in 1912). The name of our brokerage, Rafter Cross, comes from the actual brand used on the family ranch and first recorded in the New Mexico 1915 Brand Book. The brand, Rafter Cross, is also built into the side of the family homestead. We are very cognizant of the needs of Farmers and Ranchers and are here to assist with the selling as well as the purchasing side of the process.
