At Rafter Cross Realty, one of our specialties is Farm & Ranch properties. We deal in anything from in town lots to simple mid-range acreage properties for future home sites, or the much larger parcel of land with development potential, and of course, all variations of farm, ranch, & agricultural properties. Through this focus in Land, we are members and participants in the Realtors Land Institute which means we have teamed up with some of the largest and best land brokers in the United States, from all over the country. Through the Realtors Land Institute a new website and venture was launched about a year ago — Land Broker MLS — finally giving land brokers a true way of sharing information and helping us to work together to find clients and customers the desired properties or to better market properties that we have listed.

Please know that you may contact us for assistance with any property you see here, even if it mentions another broker or is listed in another state.
