About the process

We work with all types of properties, from single-family homes, to commercial properties, small land parcels, all the way up to farms & ranches with tens of thousands of acres. We have done it all.

Call or text us today at (575) 741-5017 to get started. With your property address or legal description we can do some preliminary research and then schedule a time to meet and go over all the unique characteristics of your property.

We will then work with you to determine a price and listing strategy that fits your needs and will give you the best results in the current market. Once we have decided on a plan, we’ll sign a listing agreement and begin marketing. We’ll be with you every step of the way to help explain the nuances of the offers you receive, assist in negotiating the contract, help complete the title work process, inspections, surveys, and anything and everything else that might (and always does) come up.

We’ll be with you through the entire process and beyond. Selling and buying can be a difficult and scary process but we are here to make it as easy as possible. Handling transactions is our job and we have the expertise to get it done.
